The BSP Director and Assistant Director meet with BSP students individually to provide mentoring and to develop strategies for a successful academic career at UC Berkeley. In addition, faculty and student mentors help BSP members to address the "next steps" and "critical transitions" (e.g., high school to college adjustments; declaring a major; applying to graduate and professional school)
